Bob Dowlen

I interviewed Bob Dowlen from the Clarksville TN Events Center, he is a retired teacher. He grew up in Clarksville and his older sister went to school with Wilma. He thought Wilma was an American hero, which lead her to influence many others around the world. 

"One thing that stuck out to me as he was growing up was that the US highway 79 was re-named Wilma Rudolph boulevard."
